"I wanted to use Ed Link to help build my confidence and self esteem and to find more purpose in life. A high level of support - I felt it was there for me whenever I needed and I didn't feel overwhelmed or pushed because I felt understood, which meant, and still means, so much. I think the service will always be of high quality as long as people like [the Project Manager] run it. I could do with more space on the form to say how good it has been. The support and encouragement and compassion given to me at all times and feeling that I was really cared for. I think it is an amazing service and it has helped me immensely."
